Brean Banger

Launched in 2025, the Brean Banger is already fast becoming a standout event in the local running calendar – bringing together stunning scenery, varied terrain, and a brilliant community atmosphere.

Whether you joined us for our debut year or you’re thinking of taking on the challenge for the first time, this is a race that delivers on every level.

Set in the beautiful coastal surroundings of Brean, this 10K multi-terrain route offers a little bit of everything. You’ll kick things off with a stunning stretch along the beach, before heading onto a mix of grass, gravel, and trail paths that keep things interesting throughout.

Expect rolling elevation – enough to challenge you without taking away from the enjoyment and some incredible coastal views to carry you along the course. As you near the finish, a short road section gives you the perfect chance to pick up the pace and finish strong.
